Founder & Lead Developer

Over 30 years in technology — from designing military systems and security infrastructure at DIGITAL and Compaq, to leading global IT for a NYSE-listed manufacturer, to delivering award-winning solutions for BP, Unilever, and PepsiCo. A career spanning enterprise architecture, security, software development, and operational leadership across budgets up to €179M and organisations of every scale. Today, Tom builds full-stack — from database design and payment processing to mobile platforms and self-hosted infrastructure. Every project is personally architected, reviewed, and deployed. Combining decades of enterprise insight with modern development and a pioneering approach to AI-augmented engineering, AgenticDevelopment delivers what others outsource.
